Your statutory rights are not affected.
All payments on this website are processed by PayPal who offer an industry standard secure on-line payment system accepting all card payments.
Orders are usually processed and delivered to you within 7-10 working days from purchase.
All prices include delivery, but an additional charge will be made for postage if purchased outside of the UK depending on where you live.
I want you to be entirely happy with all of your purchases, but if you are not satisfied then please follow these guidelines;
• If you return any unwanted items then please return within 7 days of purchase in perfect condition, in the original packaging and I can issue you a full refund.
• I recommend that you return any items using a tracking service as we will not be responsible for any items going missing.
• Postage is not refundable unless the item is faulty.
• Any refunds will be credited back to your original payment source. Once any item has been refunded, you will receive an email confirming this. If any item is to be exchanged, they will be sent out to you within 7 working days.
• On the receipt of your refund/exchange your refund will be arranged providing any items are in a resell-able condition.
• If any of your items are faulty, then please notify me immediately.
Paying for your workshop
• Any outstanding balance of a workshop is due 14 days prior to the arranged course date. Should the payment fail to reach me before this term, then I will treat the booking as cancelled.
• Payment to be made through the website using the PayPal system, accepting any credit/debit card.
Cancellations and re-arrangements
If you decide not to attend your workshop that has been arranged then it can have cost implications for me.
• If you should cancel 14 days prior to the arranged workshop you will receive a full refund subject to a £30 administrations fee.
• Cancellations 7 days will be refunded 50%. Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop or not turning up on the day will not be eligible for any refund.
• Any cancellation must be made by email or a phone call which will determine the cancellation charges that may apply.
• If you wish to re-arrange your workshop for any reason, then I will be happy to do so provided that you give me at least 14 days notice so that I can re-arrange a booking date.
• If we both agree that the weather is too poor to carry out a workshop on the day, then I will be more than happy to rearrange the date at no extra charge.
Workshops take place on terrain which can be uneven or sometimes boggy. During the workshops, there will not be too much walking involved, but you will need to be reasonably fit and wear appropriate warm clothing along with suitable footwear.
I always pick locations that are suitable to anyone with disabilities. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss any locations that will suit your capabilities.
Lenscape photography (Phillip Simpson), take no responsibility for any personal accidents to themselves or bad weather. I would advise you to take any appropriate travel insurance if any cover is needed for you.
I can recommend hotels and B&B`s in and around the Yorkshire Dales if requiring accommodation, noting that any overnight stays are not included in the price of your workshop.
Meals are not included in the price of your workshop. Any light refreshment would be advisable on the day.
